Argentine Army Lt. Gen. Oscar Santiago Zarich visited the college on October 14, 2026, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Alejandro Guillermo Liberatori, Argentine defense and military attaché to the United States. College leadership, led by director U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joseph M. Lestorti and vice director Brazilian Navy Rear Adm. Paulo Ozorio, hosted the delegation.

 

Zarich delivered a lecture to Class 66 on military leadership in the age of artificial intelligence and joined students for a panel discussion. The visit also included the college Master Brief and an institutional gift presentation.
