Yesterday the Inter-American College of Defense and the National Police Academy, an integral part of the Federal Police of Brazil, signed an academic memorandum of understanding aimed at establishing guidelines for cooperation between the Parties is for the mutual benefit of academic interaction, cultural exchange, research and other forms of academic collaboration including student and teacher exchange.
This will tighten the ties of friendship between the two nations and in the quest for hemispheric solutions to major hemispheric problems.
