Last Thursday The IADC said farewell to U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Gustavo Tovar and Brazilian Army Subtenente Huend Oliveira. The ceremony concluded their exceptional two year tour with the the institution. The IADC congratulates our departing members, for their commitment and dedication to the college .
