The Inter-American Defense College welcomed Ms. Mary Beth Morgan, Acting Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, for a Director Speaker Series presentation Oct. 23.
Morgan addressed Class 66 students and staff on “U.S. Security Cooperation Priorities in the Western Hemisphere,” outlining the Administration’s direction and priorities for security cooperation across the region. The visit included a question-and-answer session with students and closed with an institutional gift presentation.
