IADC leadership met last week with the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) College Commission to discuss the upcoming 2022-2055 Study Plan. The IADC Commission is an advisory body composed of delegates from the Organization of American States (OAS). Its goals include studying the theme of the IADC plan of studies, proposing adjustments, and supervising its execution. Present at the meeting were MG Carlos Eduardo Barbosa da Costa, IADC Vice Director, who presided over the meeting, MG Jorge Rámirez Zuñiga, IADC Chief of Studies, MG Martin Davelouis S., President of the IADB College Commission, General Ernesto Rincón, other IADC Commission members, and IADC staff. The activity aimed to guide, integrate, and coordinate activities for approval of the IADC Plan of Studies and ensure the expansion of knowledge about its planning process. Additionally, the meeting analyzed activities and topics of interest to align common efforts.
