This seminar conference will be held virtually through Zoom, and interpreted simultaneously in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. It aims to analyze factors, elements to consider in civil-military planing during complex emergencies, and or large scale disasters, and identify both the tools/procedures necessary to provide and receive international support.
