Last week, the IADC Air Force Element celebrated the Air Force’s 75th birthday with a cake cutting ceremony in our historic building. The U.S. Air Force was formed from the U.S. Army into its own military service in September 1947 under President Truman’s National Security Act. Happy 75th Air Force and many more to come.
