Last Thursday, on November 17, we hosted Ambassador Léon Charles, Permanent Representative of Haiti to the OAS, as a speaker to Class 62, accompanied by Mr. Pierre Bonnet, Alternate Permanent Representative of Haiti to the OAS, and Mr. Whedly Beautelus, Mission to the OAS, all three IADC Graduates. His perspective on current events in the Hemisphere, combined with the learning acquired at the IADC as an alumnus of Class 45, has enriched our student’s understanding.
