En el marco de la visita Institucional realizada por la Escuela Superior de Guerra del Ejército del Perú (ESGE) al Colegio Interamericano de Defensa (CID) tuvo lugar la Ceremonia de incorporación del Teniente General Alberto Rojo, Comandante General de Educación y Doctrina de la mencionada institución, quién es Alumni de la Clase 52, como miembro del Salón de Honor de nuestra prestigiosa casa de estudios, el acto se llevó a cabo el día miércoles 16 de octubre de 2024, en el Edificio 60, en horas de la tarde.
En la oportunidad estuvieron presentes el señor vicedirector del CID General de División Carlos Eduardo Barbosa, en representación del Mayor General Richard Heitkamp, asimismo el General de Grupo Abel Martínez, Jefe de Estudios del CID, miembros de la Faculty, el Mayor General Juan Kenneth Valverde Virhuez – Director de ESGE – PERÚ, oficiales a cargo de la coordinación del evento y los estudiantes.
Es importante recordar que, este tipo de actos refuerzan los lazos fraternos entre los egresados y el Colegio, sirviendo para acompañar de cerca sus carreras y formación profesional e identificar a los líderes hemisféricos que se han formado en el CID con capacidad de pensamiento crítico y visión multidimensional para encontrar soluciones conjuntas a los problemas de defensa y seguridad de nuestra región.
