The IADC said farewell to Col. Fabricio Cardenas from the Ecuadorian Army on Wednesday, 2 November for service as the College’s liaison officer to the Inter-American Defense Board and Organization of American States. The IADC congratulated COL Cardenas and his family for a year of commitment and dedication to the College and wished them well as they return to Ecuador.
