– RADM Franklin Odalis Frías Duarte – Military, Naval, Air and Police Defense Attaché of the
Dominican Republic to the U.S.
– CAPT Jesús Mena Grullón – Assistant to the Attaché of the Dominican Republic
– COL Mario Valdez Rijo – National Police Representative to the IADB
– Col. Mario Rivas – IADB Delegate
– DR. Jennifer Núñez – Representative of the Dominican Community
and other dignitaries.
