[:en]Gen. Ruis, Guatemala’s vice-minister of defense, visits IADC[:]

[:en]Gen. Jorge Roberto Ruis, Guatemala’s Vice-Minister of Defense, met with Maj. Gen. James E. Taylor, IADC director, during his visit to the IADC, March 8, 2019. Gen. Ruis and Maj. Gen. Taylor discussed the key partnership between the two nations and what it means to the hemisphere. During his visit, he toured the campus, learned about the College’s history and had a chance to meet with current Guatemalan students.
