[:en]The 2019 Hemispheric Situation Conference was held on April 9 – 12, 2019. This event is critical in the students’ academic year as it helps provide the foundation for analyzing the hemisphere using strategic planning with a general and sub-regional geopolitical picture. The students heard from Contralmirante Francisco Yabar, keynote speaker, on how the Western Hemisphere members can work together to overcome the risks and challenges they may face, along with various subject matter experts.
