Last Wednesday, 10 November, Maj. Gen. James E. Taylor, Inter-American Defense College Director had the privilege to host the promotion ceremony of our Staff Members, Dan Patterson, United States Army, to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. The IADC congratulates Lt Col Patterson on this career achievement.
