Yesterday, Inter-American Defense College Leadership and Students received General Sergio da Costa Negraes, Brazilian Army’s Secretary of Finance and Economics to the IADC campus. During the visit Gen. Negraes spoke with class 62 students, participated in an office call with leadership and was recognized for his commitment and contributions to his nation, the hemisphere and the college, during a Hall of Honor ceremony.
