Yesterday, Inter-American Defense College Leadership and Students received Major General Julio Ernesto Florián Pérez, Commander in Chief of the Army of the Dominican Republic for a seminar at the IADC campus. During the visit MG Florián spoke with class 61 students, participated in an office call with leadership and was recognized for his commitment and contributions to his nation, the hemisphere and the college, during a Hall of Honor ceremony.
