[:en]Last Wednesday 1 December, IADC Leadership welcomed Brazilian Navy Contra-Almirante Antonio Cesar da Rocha Martins, Deputy Head of International Organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Brazil, accompanied by Brigadeiro do Ar Edson Fernando da Costa Guimaraes, Chief of the Brazilian Delegation to the IADB. During the visit, the guests received an Institutional Briefing and a tour of the campus.
