Today the IADC Leadership welcomed Lieutenant General Francisco Humberto Montenegro Junior, Chief of the Brazilian Army Commander Cabinet, accompanied by Major General Ulisses de Mesquita Gomes, Brazilian Military Attaché. During the visit, the guests received an Institutional Briefing and a tour of the campus.
