Yesterday, IADC Leadership welcomed Brazilian Army General Eduardo Antonio Fernandes – Chief of Strategic Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of Brazil, accompanied by Major General Ramiro Kirsh Pinheiro, Defense and Air Attaché, Brigadeiro do Ar Edson Fernando da Costa Guimaraes, Chief of the Brazilian Delegation to the IADB, and Vice Admiral Alexandre Rabello de Faria, Chairman of the Council of Delegates. During the visit, the guests received an Institutional Briefing and a tour of the campus.
