On August 3rd the IADC welcomed Brig. Gen. Salvatore Russo (Italian Guardia di Finanza), Defense Attache and Permanent Observer to the Inter-American Defense Board, for his first visit to the IADC. Leadership discussed the IADC Mission and received a tour of the college.
