The IADC team and their guests celebrated Panama’s Independence Day. Our distinguished guests included
– Ambassador Ana Irene Delgado– Permanent Representative of Panama to the OAS
– Commissioner Ruben Vigil – Panama’s Security and Defense Attaché in Washington
Part of the festivities included a presentation about Panama. The IADC team was delighted to celebrate this great day!
