Last Friday, IADC (Inter American Defense College) staff and students celebrated Uruguay’s Independence Day with a 5k run and a presentation about the country. As part of the event the college hosted Uruguayan dignitaries to include H.E. Andrés Durán, Ambassador of Uruguay to the United State, Admiral Jorge Wilson, Commander in Chief of the Uruguayan Navy and other distinguished visitors.
