Last Friday, we celebrated the Inter-American Defense College’s 60th Anniversary with a Dining out event at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The celebration included the participation of many honored guests including Ambassador Anthony Phillips-Spencer, Ambassador of Trinidad and Tobago to the United States of America and permanent representative to the Organization of American States and his wife Mrs. Joanne Phillips-Spencer, Inter-American Defense College Leadership, Vice Admiral Alexandre Rabello, Chairman of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board his wife Mrs. Aldora Ferreira Gomes de Faria and General de Brigada Porfirio Fuentes Velez, Director General of the Inter American Defense Board.
