The Inter-American Defense College (IADC) recognized the achievements of Class 65 during its graduation ceremony in the Hall of the Americas at the Organization of American States (OAS) headquarters in Washington, D.C., on June 12, 2026.

Major General Joseph M. Lestorti, Director of the IADC, joined IADC leadership, students, faculty, staff, distinguished guests, OAS leadership, and the President of Barbados, Jeffrey D. Bóstic, to mark the completion of the college’s master’s degree program and the conclusion of the academic year.

The ceremony featured the student entrance, opening prayer, flag procession, official remarks, commencement address, faculty recognition, remarks by the Class 65 president, presentation of the Honoris Causa Medal, and recognition of the graduating class.

A graduation reception followed at the Inter-American Defense College, Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C.
