Currently, at the Inter-American Defense College, Class 65, known as “The Best,” is pursuing the Accredited Master’s Degree in Hemispheric Defense and Security. This diverse group consists of 51 students from 14 countries across the hemisphere, reflecting the cultural richness and international cooperation that define the institution. The master’s program provides comprehensive training for strategic leaders in the fields of defense and security, promoting the exchange of experiences and the strengthening of ties among the participating nations.

Class 65 Seminar rooms
In the Seminar Rooms of the Inter-American Defense College, students engage in collaborative activities aimed at conducting in-depth analyses of the core topics of their courses, discussing case studies, and refining their academic projects. Furthermore, they prepare for their final presentations under the guidance of mentors and seminar leaders—alumni whose experience significantly enhances the learning process. This year, the seminar leaders are members of Class 64, who support students throughout their academic journey.

MOODLE is a learning management platform that enables the provision of study materials (texts, videos, presentations); the creation and grading of activities and assessments; the management of forums, chats, and other forms of interaction between students and instructors; and the monitoring of students’ progress and performance.
MICROSOFT 365 is a suite of cloud-based applications and services designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and communication. It includes widely recognized tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (for document, spreadsheet, and presentation editing); Outlook (email and calendar); Teams (messaging, video conferencing, and team collaboration); OneDrive (cloud file storage and sharing); as well as other applications and resources, including Planner, SharePoint, and Forms.
HEMISFERIO – The Inter-American Defense College encourages critical thinking through a frank and open debate on regional security and defense problems, challenges, and threats.
