The Inter-American Defense College welcomed leaders and students from the Dominican Republic Navy’s Naval Command and Staff Graduate School for an institutional visit at Fort Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C., July 22, 2026.
Brazilian Navy Rear Adm. Paulo Roberto Blanco Ozorio, IADC vice director, welcomed the delegation. The visit included an official photo, institutional briefings, an academic presentation and commemorative gift exchanges. The program introduced participants to IADC’s mission, operations and academic programs while supporting professional relationships between both institutions.
