The Inter-American Defense College inducted Haitian National Police Inspector General Dr. Jean Gardy Muscadin, IADC Class 53, into the IADC Hall of Honor during a ceremony at Fort Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C., Aug. 14, 2026.
IADC leadership, staff and distinguished guests joined Muscadin for the ceremony, which included national anthems, remarks by IADC leadership, presentation of the Hall of Honor certificate, remarks by Muscadin and an alumni coin presentation.
The ceremony recognized Muscadin’s professional accomplishments following his graduation from IADC and formally welcomed him into the college’s Hall of Honor.
