The Inter-American Defense College hosted Royal Canadian Navy Rear Adm. Kristjan W.A. Monaghan, Canadian defence attache to the United States and head of delegation to the Inter-American Defense Board, during a visit to the IADC at Fort Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C., June 11, 2026.
IADC leadership welcomed Monaghan for a meet and greet at Building 52. The visit included welcome remarks, an official photo, an office call, a visitor book signing, an institutional token presentation and closing remarks.
The engagement supported institutional relationships within the Inter-American system and highlighted the continued connection between the IADC and partner nations across the hemisphere.
