Today the Inter-American Defense college would like to recognize the accomplishments of one of our alumni, Colonel Fausto Cobo Montalvo, Ecuadorians Army Reserves and Graduate of Class 30 “La Mejor” For his recent appointment as the Director of the National Inmate Attention Service (SNAI).
