During the 2026 Field Study, the Inter-American Defense College (IADC) held the IADC Alumni Meeting, Argentina Chapter, on April 30, 2026, in support of the Class 65 academic program in Argentina and Panama. The event was led by Rear Admiral Paulo Roberto Blanco Osorio, Vice Director of the IADC, representing Major General Joseph M. Lestorti, alongside Brigadier General Rogelio Jorge Amador Mendoza, Chief of Studies.

The meeting welcomed faculty, alumni, and distinguished guests, including Admiral (Ret.) Julio Juan Bardi (Class 5), the oldest IADC alumnus in the hemisphere. During the ceremony:

• Admiral (Ret.) Pedro Eugenio Galardi (Class 50) and Brigadier General Carlos Adrián Pesante (Class 56) were inducted into the IADC Hall of Honor.

• Admiral Roberto Pereyra Bordón received the Honoris Causa Award in recognition of his academic and professional contributions to the hemisphere.
