Yesterday, Inter-American Defense College Leadership greeted U.S. Army General Laura J. Richardson, United States Southern Command incoming commander to the IADC Campus. During the visit leadership briefed General Richardson on the IADC mission and history. Also discussed were partnerships and future initiatives.
