Last week, we signed an academic agreement between the Inter-American Defense College and the Escuela Superior de Guerra Aérea de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú.

We hosted in person Peruvian Air Force MG José Luis Barrios Espinoza, (Peruvian Air Force Attaché), and Peruvian Air Force MG Antonio García Falckenheiner – (Director ESFAP ), and Col Gustavo Torres Oneto (Vice Director ESFAP) virtually for this ceremony.

This partnership will be very beneficial to students of both institutions as we collaborate on defense and security education in the Hemisphere.
