IADC staff, faculty and students participated in a farewell ceremony for the college’s outgoing Vice-Director, Brazilian Army General de Divisão Carlos Eduardo Barbosa da Costa. The ceremony concluded his exceptional two-year tour with the institution.
Additionally, we welcomed our new vice-director Brazilian Navy Rear Admiral Paulo Roberto Blanco Ozorio to the College.
