Last Friday Inter-American Defense College Staff, Faculty and Students toured Gettysburg National Military Park in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. The Park protects and interprets the landscape of the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg during the American Civil War. There are 43,000 American Civil War artifacts are displayed in the Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Center. The Visit It is an academic field study that is part of the master’s program offered by the college.
