The Inter-American Defense College welcomed Major General Rubén Darío Díaz Esparza, Director General of Military Education from Mexico’s Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA). The visit aimed to strengthen academic cooperation and professional ties between SEDENA and the IADC. During the engagement, Major General Díaz Esparza delivered a lecture to Class 65, met with IADC leadership, and exchanged gifts, reinforcing the shared commitment to advancing military education and hemispheric collaboration.
